Strong Knees Program

This program will provide you with everything you “kneed” on your journey to building strong, flexible legs and sturdy knees. This program includes a comprehensive warmup to use before your strength sessions. There are 2 strength sessions that will make up the program. These sessions will help build a solid foundation of strength and mobility.
I will guide you through all of the above and tell you everything you need to know. Start with the warm up and then move on to strength session number 1.
